I moved to London from Budapest (Hungary) in 2016 for university. Before I got into fitness I was an elite level aerobic gymnast competing at international, European and World Championship levels. I came across fitness and started researching nutrition two years after quitting gymnastics due to injuries and developing a very bad case of an eating disorder. I wanted to heal and feel strong and confident.
One thing led to another, I competed in a bodybuilding show, became a certified nutrition coach, and ended up making a full career change right after university to go full time into fitness coaching and personal training. I have not looked back since!

Before I got into fitness and nutrition I was quite chubby of a gymnast, who battled with body dysmorphia and an eating disorder that developed from always trying to lose weight but not knowing how to.
It has been more than 7 years since then and I have completely transformed my physique and life. I have gained muscle and strength, competed in powerlifting and bodybuilding, learned to love my body in whatever state it is in and recovered from my eating disorder.
To this day I have worked with 100+ women and men wanting to get long-lasting and sustainable results to their physiques and lifes.
