in-person sessions

In-person sessions in Muscle Works (Bethnal Green) are a more hands-on approach to getting your fitness back on track. Through our sessions we will analyse movement patterns, work on functional movements and correct any imbalances you might have developed over the past years.

AVAILABILITY IS VERY LIMITED. Sessions are delivered at Muscle Works (Bethnal Green), which is a highly-equipped and well-renown training location.
